Op zaterdag 22 februari staat een nieuwe XR actietraining gepland waar we ons zullen voorbereiden op aankomende acties!

Extinction Rebellion (XR) is een vreedzame sociale beweging movement die de klimaat en ecologische crisis aankaart door middel van geweldloze directe actie (non-violent direct action, NVDA). Om je comfortabel en veilig te laten voelen tijdens onze acties, is het belangrijk om aan een van onze NVDA trainingen deel te nemen.

In deze training, zullen we zowel theorie als praktijk behandelen. Op de agenda staat onder andere
– Geweldloosheid
– Waarom we NVDA gebruiken
– Juridische aspecten
– Rollenspeloefeningen en de-escalatietechnieken

De training eindigt met het vormen van affiniteitsgroepen: een groep mensen die samen aan een actie deelneemt en bij elkaar blijft.

De training duurt 4 uur, dus neem wat eten en drinken mee om met elkaar te delen gedurende de pauze ♥

On Saturday, February 22nd we will host an XR non-violent direct action (NVDA) training to prepare ourselves for upcoming actions!

Extinction Rebellion (XR) is a peaceful social movement addressing the climate and ecological crisis through non-violent direct action (NVDA). For you to feel comfortable and safe during our actions, it is important to attend one of our NVDA trainings.

In this training, we will cover both theory and practice. You will get the chance to learn about:
– Non-violence
– Why we use NVDA
– Legal aspects
– Role play exercises & de-escalation tactics

The training ends in forming affinity groups: a group of people who can participate in an action together.

The training lasts 4 hours so bring some food/drinks to share with each other during the break ♥
