in Book Club #1, we (Regenerative Culture working group Amsterdam) really enjoyed sharing and listening to various thoughts and feelings about Robin Wall Kimmerer’s book Braiding Sweetgrass introducing us to the wonders of indigenous wisdom and culture.

Now, we would like to invite you to continue our regenerative journey with the ‘Book Club #2 – All We Can Save: Truth, Courage, and Solutions for the Climate Crisis’. All We Can Save assembles illuminating and provocative essays written by leading women of the climate movement in the US. This book aims to nourish a more representative, nuanced and solution-oriented public conversation on the climate crisis. Currently, a balanced discourse on climate issues is not given in our current society and All We Can Save brings in a refreshing perspective on leadership which is more faithfully feminine and rooted in compassion, connection, creativity and collaboration. By illuminating the essays with poetry and art All We Can Save is both: a balm and guide for knowing and holding what has been done to the world <-> a strengthener of our resolve to never give up on one another or our collective future…

On the kick-off date (08.02.21) you won’t need the book, so feel free to join anyways! Here, we will read some inspiring pieces from essays in the first chapter and share our thoughts and impressions. Hopefully, this gives everyone the chance to listen in and decide for themselves if they would like to buy the book 

The timing for the Book Club #2 is Mondays from 8.30 – 10.00 PM. The book is made up of individual and distinctive chapters, so if you miss a week it is not an issue. Each week will read we one chapter (≈50 pages).
