On Saturday, March 23 at 12:00, XR will demonstrate at Eindhoven Airport. The airport has announced that it will have 1,000 fewer flights per year. This is not nearly enough. Now, 41,500 planes take off every year. That is why Extinction Rebellion demands to at least halve this number and to immediately stop using private jets. In addition, we demand that the EU and government impose taxes on kerosene. In the current climate and ecological crisis, these are necessary and urgent steps if we want to keep the Earth livable.

You can easily get there with buses 400 and 401 from CS Eindhoven.
Parking
Free parking at the airport is not possible. You can make a reservation in a parking garage via this website: https://shop.eindhovenairport.nl. Cheaper is parking along the road where a day ticket costs €4.20, but you have to be a bit lucky that there is still room somewhere. For example, try the Jan Hilgerweg or the Marinus van Meelweg.
Bicycles
There is a bicycle shed at the bus station under the parking garage right in front of the departure and arrival halls.
