Responsibilities

*Supporting XR rebels with legal advice on actions *Assisting XR rebels in the preparation of legal proceedings *Thinking about using legal action as a strategic tool, as part of XR legal team

Description

The XR Legal team needs the support of (experienced) criminal lawyers and/or lawyers with experience in the field of the Wet openbare manifestaties/Public Order. Where the XR legal team maintains direct contact with rebels regarding actions and legal proceedings, we need lawyers in the background with whom we can quickly communicate for advice and answers to specific questions. Low threshold, based on availability.

*Knowledge of Dutch criminal and public law *Willingness to communicate informally *Affinity with the XR goals
