Responsibilities
As link between the Action and Regen circles, you are responsible for good communication between these two circles. You make sure that all the actions that we organise take care of the welfare of our rebels, and that they create and uphold a regenerative culture. You also update the Regen circle on actions being planned and how they can contribute to these actions.
Description
Many of XRs activities converge in the Action Circle. That is why we as Action Circle like to have good connections with other circles. This way we make sure that the contributions and concerns of other circles are taken into account when planning new actions. This is the task of a Link: representing your circle in the Action Circle, communicating plans and ideas, and taking up cross-circle projects.

- Affinity with the regenerative culture that XR wants to create - Enthusiasm to organise creative and effective actions
