What have your positive and negative experiences during actions been, regarding police violence or otherwise? What have you felt at different times and what were the triggers for these feelings?

Join us in a safe and inclusive space, welcoming all beings and all emotions. Facilitated by the regenerative cultures circle, this sharing circle will be about our action experiences. We will practice empathic listening – listening with our hearts, not heads – to connect each other’s experiences. We hope to create a safe space together, where you will be able to share anything you are comfortable with, without fear of judgement. Through this we practice care for ourselves and for others to build health and resilience within the movement. Looking forward to see you!
