De crisis is nu. Van Alaska tot Limburg zijn we getuige van de klimaat- en ecologische crisis. Klimaatneutraal in 2050 veroordeelt ons tot een onleefbare planeet met nog meer dodelijke natuurrampen, oorlog en geweld, extreme honger en honderden miljoenen klimaatvluchtelingen. Wij eisen KLIMAATRECHTVAARDIGHEID VOOR IEDEREEN.

Van 11 tot 18 oktober blokkeren we het hart van Den Haag en verklaren we de NOODTOESTAND VOOR HET KLIMAAT. We eisen dat de Nederlandse regering haar verantwoordelijkheid neemt: DOE WAT NODIG IS en maak Nederland KLIMAATNEUTRAAL IN 2025 OP EEN RECHTVAARDIGE MANIER.

In de weken voorafgaande aan de rebellie organiseren we 2 mobilisatiedagen in Zuid-Holland zodat we goed voorbereid zijn op de actieweek. We hebben een dagprogramma met workshops, trainingen en brainstormsessies samengesteld om te zorgen dat iedereen onderdeel kan zijn van de rebellie. Deze dag is voor zowel oude als nieuwe rebellen om onszelf klaar te stomen voor een succesvolle week in Den Haag, maar ook om met elkaar te chillen en elkaar te leren kennen.

PROGRAMMA

Dit is het schema van het event. Sommige workshops worden alleen in het engels gegeven. In de andere sessies zullen we afhankelijk van de groep afwisselen tussen nederlands en engels. Er zijn genoeg rebellen aanwezig die kunnen vertalen mocht dit nodig zijn.

Gedurende de dag is er ook een ruimte waar je je creativiteit kunt loslaten op vlaggen en ander activistisch materiaal.

CORONA PROOF

De mobilisatiedag zal plaatsvinden in de twee workshopruimtes van WORM. In deze ruimtes kunnen 45 deelnemers voldoende afstand houden. We willen benadrukken dat er van iedereen verwacht wordt dat de coronaregels nageleefd worden; blijf thuis en laat je testen als je symptomen hebt & volg de instructies van onze vrijwilligers of het personeel van WORM op. Vergeet verder niet om je eigen beker, bord en bestek mee te nemen.

From October 11 to 18, we will block the heart of The Hague and declare a CLIMATE EMERGENCY. We demand that the Dutch government takes its responsibility: ACT NOW and make the Netherlands CLIMATE NEUTRAL IN 2025 IN A JUST MANNER.

In the run-up to the rebellion, there will be two mobilization days in Zuid-Holland so that we can enter the action week well prepared and with good spirits. We have put together a day program to make sure that as many people as possible can be part of the rebellion week by means of workshops, trainings, brainstorms and crafts sessions. This day is for both new and experienced rebels, everything from making flags to organizing actions, but especially a day to connect with other rebels.

CORONA PROOF

The mobilisation day will take place in the two workshop rooms of WORM. These two rooms are spacious enough to host a number of 45 participants, and keep a safe distance. We expect you to keep these rules in mind, stay at home when you have any symptoms & follow the instructions of our volunteers or the staff of WORM. Don’t forget to bring your own cup, plate and cutlery for the lunch!
