The healing power of dance
Dancing has natural healing powers in our physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being. It facilitates us to connect to our bodies through the power of movement which helps us to release stress by getting out of our heads. We connect to our breath which makes us feel whole and at peace. It is a journey of exploration, healing, playfulness and having fun.
There is no choreography, there is no set music genre, and most importantly: there is nothing but love and acceptance around you

We welcome everybody from diverse cultural backgrounds, gender identities, size, shape and colour.

PLEASE NOTE : We start 19:30 sharp, so make sure you arrive on time. There is no entree possible any later, as it’s important not to disturb the flow.

Ecstatic dance guidelines:
 No shoes
 No talking on the dance floor
 Drug-free, smoke-free, alcohol-free environment. Let’s get high on our beautiful energies!
 No photos or videos, cellphones muted and out of sight
 Care and awareness for each other and for the space
 Move however you wish, there is no right or wrong!

If you’d rather not dance with someone, thank them for the offer by placing your hands together at your heart – Namaste.
