New rebels are welcome
This training of one to one and a half hours is valuable for everyone in Extinction Rebellion, no matter how new or experienced you are. You will learn about the needs of new rebels, the most important lessons that every rebel must learn, the personality of a good integrator and how every group or circle can become a better place for new rebels with just a few small changes.
The training starts at 7pm and lasts about an hour to one and a half hours. At the end there will be time for questions.
Is this training valuable for you? That depends!
On Thursdays there is often also a social evening with more rebels and with some food, that event is often not added on the website until Tuesday. Through the sign-up form you can let us know if you'd like to receive an e-mail the day before to let you know whether the social evening is also happening or not.

- Are you in a group or circle in Extinction Rebellion?
- Then it is valuable to know how you can help new rebels with small changes.
- Have you been active in Extinction Rebellion for a long time?
- Then this training is only useful if you've never followed it before or forgot some of it.
- Are you entirely new in Extinction Rebellion and do you want to become active?
- Then this training could help you integrate yourself, but if you want to take it slow the welcome session might be a better idea.
- Are you not sure yet if you want to join Extinction Rebellion?
- Then it might be better to join a welcome session, online introduction or social gathering first.
- Do you want to prepare yourself to go to an action?
- Then it's more important to join an action training, but you are also warmly welcome here.
