On Sunday May 11, there will be a new "Pebble by Pebble" action, from 11 AM in the Westpoort area of Amsterdam. This is an initiative from Kappen met kolen (Just Quit Coal!) against coal in general and blood coal in particular. In broad day light and with due prior notice, activists willl remove one or more pebbles from underneath a stretch of railway track only used by coal trains, with the intention of making it unfit for coal transports in order to prevent greater danger: the burning of coal. The action will be accompanied by a joint picknick.
