Will be setting up a 'pop-up' and hand out free 2nd hand clothing to encourage people to step away from the Fast Fashion.
Additionally, we will be handing out flyers and having conversation with passers-by.
We will be setting up, with clothes racks and signs, an open air 'pop-up' filled with free clothing. The clothes will be handed out to passers-by. To encourage them to not visit the nearby fast fashion stores. We will also be handing out flyers and having conversations.
We are working to increase awareness of the real costs of Fast Fashion. Like how, on May 24th, it's been 12 years since 1138 textile workers died at Rana Plaza in Bangladesh. Where cost cutting and terrible working conditions resulted in the collapse of an entire building.
