Summer is coming and although the Malieveld is not a useful place to demonstrate, groups of rebels have already demonstrated that it is a nice place to eat together.

A complicated way of saying that XR picnics have recently started taking place on the Malieveld, conveniently close to the A12!

Bring your banners (picnic blanket), protest signs (placemats), flags, games and something to eat and drink, and come and have lunch with fellow rebels (and supporters), regenerate, socialize and at the same time show the public and the police that we are there; together, prepared, peaceful, also outside the demonstrations.

The weather will be nice, so we will be there often. Bring your flag and protest sign!

This is a social event. Low Risk but not No Risk because
a) you are visible and
b) the police keep an eye on things and sometimes get nervous and may also speak to you.

Feel free to do other things after the picnic.

We share data in the signal group because we also like to know who is present and discuss the policy together. If you fill in the form, we will make sure you are included in the group.

We organize this on different days.
