Silent meditation strengthens our connection with our heart, with the earth and its inhabitants. This helps us to transform feelings of powerlessness, separation and polarization into hope and confidence in a better future for our earth and peace for all living things.
Zen Center Nijmegen & Zen Peacemakers Lage Landen organize the peaceful 'Silent Action' in Nijmegen every 2nd Sunday of the month. Why?
Our world is on fire in all kinds of ways and places. The humanitarian and ecological catastrophes are numerous. And we humans often don't know what we can do to solve the problems or prevent worse. Stopping and being quiet from time to time can give us clarity, insight into our actions and what (other) choices we can make.
This promotion takes place at the same time in several cities in the Netherlands. You are very welcome to participate in this Silent Action. For 5 minutes to half an hour, everything is fine. You can just come and go.
