Bike ride through Utrecht to put climate change at the top of the agenda for the municipal elections. In a slightly disruptive bike ride through Utrecht, we will convey the following message to all Utrecht residents.

"Extinction Rebellion has long been demanding the following from the municipality of Utrecht:

1. Achieve climate neutrality in line with your own target before 2030.


2. Make concrete annual plans and interim targets that show exactly how you will reduce CO2 emissions, so that citizens can follow your progress.


3. Ensure climate justice and be honest with the people of Utrecht.

With your vote, you can show what we, the citizens of Utrecht, expect from the council members, aldermen, and mayor, both now and after the elections.
