This welcome session is for new rebels to find out what Extinction Rebellion is about.
ATTENTION! These are two welcome sessions: the one in Dutch is from 13:00 until 14:30, the one in English is from 14:30 until 16:00. Please let us know here which one you would like to attend.
This presentation lasts about an hour to an hour and a half. We will cover the following topics:
The goal is that by the end of the presentation, you'll know exactly what your next step could be. There will also be time for questions, and we’re happy to help you personally if you’re stuck on anything.

- The DNA of Extinction Rebellion (in other words, what we stand for, how we interact with each other, when someone can call themselves part of XR, and who can start a group)
- Healthy motivation (in other words, how to avoid burnout from activism)
- Possible choices (in other words, how you can get involved in Extinction Rebellion, including small tasks, participating in actions, and helping to organize behind the scenes)
