For all these questions there is the mobilization question hour for integration and outreach&training. There will be rebels with a lot of experience in integration and outreach&training who will be happy to think along how to solve your problem. By helping themselfs, giving advice, pairing you with someone else or passing on existing manuals for example. All based on what you and your group needs.
