🔥Internationale Massa Actie 16 maart in Rotterdam🔥
De Noordzee is een van de grootste offshore olie en gas velden van de wereld en de productie neemt toe 🧐. De wetenschap en het Internationaal Energieagentschap zijn er duidelijk over: uitbreiding van olie en gasproductie betekent dat we de klimaat doelen niet gaan halen ⚠️. Maar fossiele bedrijven hebben hier geen boodschap aan: met het oog op steeds grotere winsten breiden zij de fossiele productie uit, ook in onze eigen achtertuin.🤬.
One Dyas wil boren ten noorden van Schiermonnikoog. Het Noorse Equinor krijgt tientallen nieuwe productie locaties en de Denen willen ook uitbreiden. Al deze fossiele bedrijven werken internationaal, zo krijgt bijvoorbeeld het bovengenoemde Equinor een fossiele subsidie van 3 miljard pond van de Britse overheid om het Rosebank olieveld te exploiteren. Met andere woorden, Noordzeeolie en gas exploitatie is een internationaal probleem dus het is tijd voor internationale actie‼️
Samen met onze internationale partners in Engeland, Noorwegen, Zweden, Denemarken en Duitsland zullen wij op 16 maart actievoeren tegen verdere uitbreiding van fossiele productie in de Noordzee. Er zullen acties plaatsvinden in al deze landen en wij gaan actievoeren in Rotterdam. Gezamenlijk staan we sterk en zijn we niet te negeren❗️

🔥International Mass Action 16 March in Rotterdam🔥
The North Sea is one of the largest offshore oil and gas fields in the world and production is increasing 🧐. However, the science and the International Energy Agency are clear: expanding oil and gas production means we are not going to meet the climate targets ⚠️. But Fossil companies don't care about this: with their eye on ever-larger profits they are expanding fossil production all around the world and in the North Sea 🤬.
One Dyas wants to drill North of Schiermonnikoog, Norway's Equinor is getting dozens of new production sites and the Danes also want to expand. All these fossil fuel companies operate internationally, for example, Equinor gets a 3 billion pound fossil subsidy from the UK government to exploit the Rosebank oil field. In other words, North Sea oil and gas exploitation is an international problem so it is time for international action‼️
Together with our international partners in Britain, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Germany, we are organising protests on 16 March against further expansion of fossil production in the North Sea. There will be actions in all these countries and we will have ours in Rotterdam. Together we stand strong and cannot be ignored❗️
