SELF ORGANIZING SYSTEMS TRAINING
Sunday, 11th of June from 15:00-18:00, the SOS Circle organises an in person workshop about how we organise ourselves and collaborate in XR (language: NL/EN). The workshop is given in the Gymzaal (Witte de Withstraat 127, 2518 CS Den Haag).
The workshop offers a comprehensive introduction to sociocracy and self-organisation, and is especially meant for rebels who have little or no experience with sociocracy. If you want to understand better how XR is organized, how to make decisions together or how to facilitate meetings better, this is a good place to start.
What will be covered, among other things:
– The basic principles of sociocracy
– Consent decision-making and the sociocratic meeting structure
– The organisational structure of circles and roles

TRAINING ZELFORGANISERENDE SYSTEMEN
Zondag 11 juni van 15:00-18:00 organiseert de SOS Cirkel een fysieke workshop over hoe we onszelf organiseren en samenwerken in XR (taal: NL/EN). De workshop wordt gegeven in de Gymzaal (Witte de Withstraat 127, 2518 CS Den Haag).
De workshop biedt een uitgebreide introductie in sociocratie en zelforganisatie, en is speciaal bedoeld voor rebellen die weinig of geen ervaring hebben met sociocratie. Als je beter wilt begrijpen hoe XR is georganiseerd, hoe je samen beslissingen neemt of hoe je vergaderingen beter faciliteert, dan is dit een goede plek om te beginnen.
Wat komt er onder andere aan bod:
- De basisprincipes van sociocratie
- Instemmende besluitvorming en de sociocratische vergaderstructuur
- De organisatiestructuur van kringen en rollen
