A civil disobedience action is a place of great emotion. Both the intense joy of rebelling together and the stress of coming into contact with the police or angry bystanders demand a lot from our bodies and minds. Together we learn how to deal with this.

The training is an introduction to our regenerative culture. You learn how to recognize stress (in yourself and others), how to regulate stress and what you can do for others who are having a hard time. We also discuss (briefly) how to de-escalate the emotions of a fellow-rebel or a bystander.

This training is not only recommended for anyone who wants to participate in an action, we also encourage more experienced rebels to follow this training to increase their knowledge about wellbeing. Also highly recommended for people who would like to take on a wellbeing role.
